A beautiful hardback book with hand cut pages, published in Glasgow by James Maclehose & Sons, publishers to the University in 1902. Edited by James Paton, FLS. With 437 monochrome illustrations, 289 engraved from portraits or objects in the Historical Loan Collections of the Glasgow International Exhibition, 1901 by T & R Annan & Sons. Excellent condition.
