Such a gorgeous silver plated Stratton compact mirror and lipstick holder set which has never been used. This fabulous set is silver plated throughout and decorated with enamel lids adorned with pink and purple sweet peas and the Stratton signature in elegant purple script. The compact is fitted with the original pouch, sifter, puff, inserts and inspection docket. Both mirrors give clear and accurate reflections. The original mirror stickers are in place. All clasps and hinges work perfectly. The whole set is in excellent condition. The case is clad is silvery grey velour and lined with pale pink material which is signed Stratton. The case fittings can be removed to turn the case into a antique jewellery box. The Queen Convertible compact measures 3 1/4 inches diameter and weighs 107.6 grams. The Lipview measures 2 1/2 inches long and weighs 14.3 grams. The compact is suitable for all loose face powder and standard sizes of face powder (67 mm diameter powder pans). For example: Max Factor Creme Puff, Rimmel Stay Matte and CCUK.
