A beautiful gilt 1950s Royal Laelia Or Flamme Orlane compact mirror with guilloche engraving on the lid & a raised central cartouche. The lid lifts to reveal a very good mirror which gives a clear reflection. The powder well is decorated with a large circular cartouche and an engine turned spiral which is the reverse of the base decoration. A powder pan of 'DARK PEACH' face powder and the puff are included. The original sticker on the base states 'ROYAL LAELIA OR FLAMME ORLANE'. All clasps and hinges work perfectly. This mid-century vanity is in very good condition.
Measures 7 cm & weighs 51.3 grams.
