19th Century Oak Refectory Dining Farmhouse Table. dining tablefarmhouse oak seats twelve %%alt5%% %%alt6%%
A genuine oak refectory table made in the latter part of the 19th century.
It has the advantage of a pretty shaped stretcher that will enable the dining chairs to be tucked in underneath the table .The cup and cover legs are well carved and of generous proportions.
The condition is good and the colour is excellent. However there are marks on the top which should be expected with antiques of this age. We could arrange to have them polished out should the buyer prefer but honestly they are 'battle scars'! and are not to the detriment of the overall look .
We estimate that this table will seat 12.
