A pair of solid silver serving spoon which measures 9 inches or 23cms long and are fully hallmarked for Edinburgh 1836.
The silversmith is the well respected Edinburgh business of Mackay and Chisholm.
The condition is good for spoons which are nearly 200 years old, but they have the expected marks of use. The photographs give a fair reflection of the condition.
There is a Georgian script letter M to the handle.
The weight is 156 grams.
