4 Hand written on Parchment Private Court Baron Documents relating to Wiggenhall in West Sussex from 1712-1797. All of the documents relate to the same property, a Copyhold Tenancy of a Cottage and half an Acre of land in Steepwood Lane.

Item As167a997, also relates to the same cottage and land.

All have Embossed Duty Stamps and Franked Paper Duty Stamps, plus have George I and George III cyphers on the reverse. Even though one of the documents is dated 1712 being in the Reign of Queen Anne. Due to personal reasons 'Wayside Mews and Collectables' will be unable to fulfil any orders for the immediate future, this will include the period up to St Valentines Day 2023.
