A 19th Century, Brass and Cast Iron Flower or Book Press

This is an attractive press, it was probably used as a flower press, due to its dainty size.
The Press is made in cast iron with a screw thread in the centre and large Brass Ball ends to the handle, it is mounted on a sturdy pitch pine table with an under tier. The press is decorated with pictures of flowers
The press is in good used condition and is pretty indestructible, it is 17” square and 45” tall
