Raised on bracket feet with cross grain moldings above which are 2 long and 2 short, oak lined and feather banded drawers. The bureau fall opens to reveal an interior comprising of pigeon holes, drawers and a well, the top and fall fronted are both have banding and feather banding. In good sympathetically restored condition. 920mm high, 830mm wide and 470mm deep. Circa 1720 W J Gravener Antiques is a family owned business, started in 1963 by William who was joined by son, Mark in 1981 and continues today with the same ethos of dealing in fine quality English and Continental furniture, mirrors and decorative objects, from the 18th & 19th centuries.
