A stunning and very large antique early 20th Century African bronze Ashanti tribal gold pot, c1920. This is a large and very heavy example, and is a very good quality casting using the traditional tribal lost-wax method. It has great decoration to the body and lid.

The colour/patina is excellent, and overall condition is good - with only very minor age-related surface wear and the usual casting marks associated with old tribal items. It has a great tribal look and is a real statement piece.
