This antique desk has quite small proportions, however the kneehole space is still wide. It has a lovely serpentine shape & has a beautifully patterned burr walnut all over the front, sides & back. The drawers are all graduated in depth & they have fine quality original brass handles. It has a tooled hand coloured leather writing surface & sits on bracket feet. The condition is excellent, as it’s just been French polished & I would date it to around the 1930’s period.
