This is a charming 19th century reverse painting on glass with verre eglomise border with a bold red and black faded effect. The picture dates from the late Victorian era circa 1900 and is in good original condition. It has a decorative pressed brass crest and frame with the original hanging chain intact.

The piece measures 18 cms in diameter 21 in height with the crest included.
