A smart and elegant magnifying glass with gilded fittings and an attractive green leather covered handle to emulate snakeskin.

The frame surrounding the magnifier is signed by the well renowned maker, P H Vogel & Co. and "Made In England". The undamaged lens is clear with a good magnification ready for use.

Dating to c.1920, it remains in excellent condition measuring 8 1/4" x 3 1/2".
