This is a late Victorian Cast Iron Garden Bench in white.  It has a pair of cast iron very ornate X shaped ends with rope twist handles and Rose motifs in various places.  The X ends have floral moulding in the castings to the end with a central cast iron moulding to the centre of the Garden Bench.  A great example and as you would expect very heavy.
