Description:
This is a fine quality English Art Deco figured walnut cocktail drinks cabinet / trolley, by Incorporall, circa 1930 - 1940, in excellent original condition. The cabinet comprises a lovely figured walnut moulded top with mirror-matched veneer, below which is a pull-open leather lined tray – perfect for assembling drinks. Underneath the tray is a shallow drawer, which is ideal for storing such items as cocktail sticks, stirrers and other utensils. Below, the cabinet features an open shelf, above two pull-down cabinet doors. The doors retain their original shaped wooden handles. The left-hand door opens to reveal 5 storage clips to the inside of the door, to which various utensils or wine glasses can be attached, and an additional metal holder to the left-hand side. The left-side cabinet interior is lined with a protective marble effect vinyl lining, protecting the wood underneath from becoming scratched. The right-hand pull-down cabinet boasts 10 further storage clips and 2 cocktail stick holders to the inside of the door, as well as 9 various-sized bottle / glass holder slots, with the same marble effect lining beneath. The bottle / glass holders are arranged with 5 small holders, ideal for the storage of glasses or narrow-proportioned bottles, as well as 3 larger holders, which will happily accommodate standard-sized 75cl bottles, and a final, even larger holder, in which greater-sized bottles can be stored. The front of the drinks trolley features a narrow open shelf, providing additional storage for various accoutrements. The cabinet rests on its original brass and mug castors. This drinks cabinet / trolley is a highly versatile item, with a variety of storage provisions. It can even double-up as a coffee table! This item is solid in joint and ready to use.

The cabinet has been cleaned and French polished, by hand, to a professional standard in our workshop, therefore the colour and patination is of an excellent standard.

This item would look superb in a variety of rooms from the hallway to the living room as a coffee table or dining room. This item would certainly grace any home and is a great investment, as it is extremely functional. So, don’t miss out on your chance to own a lovely piece of antique furniture.
