Arts and Crafts oak dresser raised on arched feet with three lower doors and two drawers over. The middle door is behind a carved panel flanked by two side doors with elaborate combined handles and strap hinges in brass and copper. The two drawers having brass and copper handles. The top has a central original bevelled mirror flanked by two cupboards with green glass and copper strap hinges. The top has a moulded overhang. The locks are missing the keys. Although unmarked this dresser has the quality of Shapland and Petter.

I don't buy any items that need major restoration, but any loose joints are re-glued. Occasionally, some items may have small amounts of historic extinct woodworm, never enough to affect the integrity of the item, and is always treated as a matter of course. We try to describe and show our items the best we can, and we use studio lighting which sometimes lightens the colour slightly on some of the furniture. All lamps are rewired and PAT tested. Every item we sell we would have in our home (some of them have been!!) It is impossible to describe every item fully, so please feel free to email or call for more information or any queries you may have. The items will have no major defects but will show signs of normal age related wear and use. I would prefer the items to show its life rather than strip it and re-polish it, as it's only original once!
