Arthur Vandyk Antiques are delighted to offer for sale this beautiful hand painted antique early 20th Century Carl Thieme Dresden porcelain reticulated dessert plate.

This has a beautiful hand painted plate is decorated in the Meissen style and has an intricate pierced lattice work border with gilt detailing a striking floral garland boarder, with matching floral pattern to the centre.

Porcelain Manufacturer: Sächsische Porzellan-Fabrik Carl Thieme zu Potschappel.

Age: 1902-1920

Diameter: 22 cm

Condition report

In excellent condition for its age with no chips or cracks, there is some very minor wear to the gilt decoration, however the colours of the floral decoration remains vibrant. A beautiful plate indeed.
