The chest An English Art Deco / Modernist chest of 9 drawers of unusually long proportions. Designed by Betty Joel and hand made at the Token works in 1938 (labelled). Constructed in well figured West African cherry mahogany. The chest has a plate glass inset top (currently shown without) with an arrangement of 4 over 3 over 2 drawers all sat upon a laurel wood plinth.

Condition Offered in excellent refinished condition.
