The Border Fine Arts Company was first registered in 1974. This model was produced as a tribute to the late FRED DIBNAH, steeplejack, TV presenter and lover of all things mechanical. This is his favourite steam roller 'BETSY' with himself on board, rolling the road. A limited edition 76/1750 by Ray Ayres. First issued in March 2000. It measures 41cm wide and 17cm high (with plinth) and is complete with original certificate. Payment - We are happy to accept payment by Bank Transfer/International Transfer.
