Exceptional 19th century French Boulle and Ebonised Gilt Brass mounted and marble topped Abattant/Secretaire. This wonderful piece of antique furniture with both a serpentine front and sides would grace any room. The fall reveals a rosewood interior with shelf and two shaped drawers. The four lower conforming drawers all with cast escutcheons and working locks and original key, which also works the fall. A shaped plinth base with brass mounts.
The boulle and brass decoration on this piece are in excellent condition which is rather rare.
