BULPITT & SONS Copper Floor Standing Waste Bin
BULPITT & SONS BIRMINGHAM COPPER FLOOR STANDING WASTE BIN 1913
I understand from research, this to be a highly unusual Antique Copper Floor Standing Waste Paper Bin, by the well known Birmingham makers Bulpitt & Sons, and actually bears in there impressed mark BULPITT & SONS BIRMINGHAM 1913 on the front. As you can see from the pictures, the carrying handle drops down and the lid raises for access/to empty. When the handle down, the BIN measures approximately 30 cm or 11.75 inches square and 17 cm or 7 inches high. As you can see the overall condition is good with only minor dents to the copper consistent with the age of the piece. I havent cleaned or polished the item as I like it how it looks, but its new owner may like to give it a shine.
