Cased Set of Seven Victorian 1887
Silver Jubilee Coins.
Cased in a deep-red box with the VR cypher is gold.
The silver coins are Crown, Double Florin, Half Crown, Florin, Shilling, Six Pence and Three Pence.
These coins are all sterling silver.
At some time, there looks to have been something resting on the lid and has left an impression with some white residue. This residue is only very visible in bright light. In other light, it is hardly noticeable. Please see photos.
Approximate dimensions: box 18.4cm x 7.8cm, total weight 261 grams.
A lovely set in an impressive box.
