Splendid cast iron village pump by Rankin & Co. of Ballymena c.1900. A great garden feature, standing 50″ tall and retaining it’s long ‘cow tail’ handle with heavy pommel end. With a hook on the spout to hang a bucket. Removable top allowing access to the inside, missing the internal mechanism. Attractive rope twist and fluted detail and a twist pattern to the column. Good condition with later over painting.
