Champagne wire cutter and brush, c1900
This champagne bottle opener is in the form of steel pliers for cutting the wire holding the cork, a serrated end to one handle for cutting the foil and a brush to remove any bits from the neck of the bottle.
Marked: "T.?.Jones" inside of one of the handles.
Some surface wear and rust commensurate with age and use.
