King Charles 11 Gold Touch piece circa 1660. It was believed if the monarch touched the gold or the coin it would cure the disease known as scrofula.
These were handed out at touching ceremonies and would have been worn around the neck via a ribbon.
St. Michael slaying the dragon(Satan) and ship on reverse.
Good detail remaining and becoming harder to get hold of.
