Gorgeous Charles II cushion front chest of drawers, dating from c.1670. The chest is primarily Oak with Walnut cushion fronts to the drawers and Walnut to the top of the chest. The back legs have been replaced due to damage, but the front legs are original. It has four long drawers.

The chest divides in half for ease of movement, very useful when carrying it up stone steps to a turret, or even a narrow cottage staircase. The measurements are:
