Chinese late Ming (1680 - 1700) blue and white bowl decorated with lotus, pond, ducks. Typical of pieces from Southern China, Fujian province, Swatow kilns production method. Typical 'faults' of the period - gritty footrim, glaze congealing in places, crazing and creeping.
Condition: small chip to rim and crazing.
Size: 19 cm diameter, 8.5 cm depth
