A fine very early Victorian archive box, probably for an estate’s annual accounts or similar. Perhaps for a solictor’s annual invoices. Double lidded with the out lid lockable (key lacking). Hand painted to the front panel with the date 1839, so early Victorian (1837-1901).
Approx. 33cms wide x 22 deep and 26 tall My shop at 1 Bridge St, Dulverton TA22 9HJ is open
