A beautiful Georgian collector’s cabinet with multiple drawers, this sits on a separate stand. The drawers all have stringing to the fronts and brass pulls, with one of them having a removable internal display tray. Externally, there is stringing decoration throughout, with pretty inlaid Lily of the Valley roundels at the top corners of the stand above the legs. There is a lovely carved frieze with an architectural feel beneath a cornice shaped top to the cabinet. The right door has a brass closure edging and the stand sits on attractive spade feet.

Dating to the late 19th century, this is made of mahogany and originates from England.

In generally good age related condition, this has some damage to the top right corner of the cornice area, together with some historical repairs and minor fatigue to the veneer in places and the wear expected from a piece which has been in use for over 200 years. The key is available and the lock is in working order.
