A Georgian model navel cannon. Desk top cannon this one is a working model . barrel bored through to the touch hole / barrel very probably bronze the barrel and carriage are nearly black with age , patina would hardly describe the colour . I say Georgian it’s probably older. The carriage has lost its wheels but it still exists the metal work shows all its age . A really great old working model cannon. “ the last of a private collection “
