Huge American Antique Theatre Light
Huge American Antique Theatre Light.
This amazing antique theatre light dates from around 1900 and was made by 'Brenkert Light Projector Company, Detroit, Michigan, USA'.
This is such a large and rare scale lighting system which is fully complete but obviosly requiring restoration.
Suprisingly, this antique projector was made to be used connected to a large battery and the light was produced by an arking spark.
The lamp head is mounted on a cast iron base and is fully rotational and can also be directed up and down.
This huge antique stage light is complete with the original, large glass lens.
