This beautiful Japanese jardinière is a excellent example of Imari porcelain being hand painted and gilded in the typical ironstone colours. The jardinière is a nice size measuring 17 cms high by 25 cms in diameter. This is in superb, crisp condition, remarkable for its age as it has a painted red orchid mark for 1875.
