Large mid 20th.c. butchers block with drawers c.1950. Almost 7 feet long with a massive 8” deep work top made from scores interlocking end grain beech blocks, worn by years of use. On a sturdy beech base with two large drawers with the original handles. Original knife rack at one end (easily removed if preferred). Square legs raised on modern heavy duty castors with rubberised wheels and a lock to each. Would make a great kitchen island work table. Note the top can be turned around so the less work side is over the drawers.
