This is a large vintage dresser base. An English, oak Georgian revival cabinet, dating to the late 20th century, circa 1980.
Of authentic Georgian taste and quality, with traditional appeal
Displays a desirable aged patina and in good order
Quality oak stocks present fine grain interest throughout
Of country house, rustic finish with eye-catching deep caramel hues
Superb proportion with an arrangement of three drawers and cabinets
Drawer fronts dressed with brass drop handles over bat wing plates
Doors open upon traditional H-shaped butterfly hinges
Panelled door fascia with twist latches holding each one in place
Opening as a pair and a single door, with full-width shelf to the interior
Neatly panelled to the reverse with 14 board finish
Standing upon a quartet of block feet beneath a flared apron
