Late Regency mahogany hall bench / window seat of good proportions. The figured solid mahogany rectangular seat with the reeded edge, having raised cylindrical ends terminating in turned patera and raised on turned tapered and reeded legs. In very good condition and with a good colour. 610mm high, 1380mm wide and 360mm deep. English. Circa 1830 W J Gravener Antiques is a family owned business, started in 1963 by William who was joined by son, Mark in 1981 and continues today with the same ethos of dealing in fine quality English and Continental furniture, mirrors and decorative objects, from the 18th & 19th centuries. Now under the stewardship of Mark and his wife, Louise, we take pride in maintaining the high standards which William set more than 50 years ago.
