A fabulous late Victorian revolving book rack or holder, made to sit on the top of a leather covered desk (the circular central foot on the underside benefits for a material with some traction to make it easier to revolve - it shouldn't be used on a fine wood top).

Made from solid English Oak, the handle and pierced or reticulated end panels are made from English brass.

Superb condition and measuring 12" x 12" x 12".
