Pair of 19th Century Oil Paintings Battle Scenes cavalry painting tin %%alt5%% %%alt6%%
This is a finely executed pair of oil paintings depicting horses and cavalrymen in full battle scenes with dramatic images of cannon fire and fallen animals and soldiers. The pictures are expertly crafted by a talented hand and are painted upon tin panels measuring 20 cms by 17 cms.
These date from around 1850.
