Arthur Vandyk Antiques are delighted to present for sale this beautiful boxed pair of small antique silver plain napkin rings by Charles Horner hallmarked for Chester 1916 with a beautiful period fitted box . This set is would make an ideal for Christmas present or a house warming gift and would be a thoughtful present for a loved one. Alternatively, these napkin rings are a usable piece of antique silver tableware and would complete a dinner for two place setting beautifully.
Charles Horner was a world renowned silversmith known for producing exceptional silverware and these napkin rings are a quality, affordable example of his work.

Condition Report:
Napkin Rings:
In excellent condition for their age of 105 years, with minor tarnish marks and light age related scratches, overall a superb pair of early 20th century napkin rings which are free of any monograms or personalisation.
Box:
In overall good condition with excellent clasp and hinge, some very minor age related marks to the interior and some minor wear to the exterior of the box plus a slight split at the rear left corner which doesn't appear to affect the structural integrity of the box.
