This is a beautiful pair of good quality Victorian cast iron and brass beds with a very pretty design dating from around 1880. The beds are in a lovely satin ivory shade with decorative cast detail and brass knobs. These have their original tight fitting side irons and bespoke timber latt bases so simply require the mattresses.

They are a great size being 200 cms in length overall by 108 cms wide. This is an extra large single mattress size, being 3ft6in wide rather than 3ft. Mattresses to suit are readily available online (mattress size 190 cms by 105 cms). The head board is 138 cms high and the base is 103 cms high.

A very pretty pair of beds and in excellent condition throughout.
