Printers Proof Jobbing Poster together with separate Auction Sales Details of The Butchers Arms Public House, situated in Boxted near Colchester in the county of Essex. There is also a drawn map showing the location. The Auction sale took place on the 27th June 1908 on the instructions of Green King & Sons ltd., Brewery of Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, by Craske & Sons, Auctioneers. A Mr Edward Mercers of Boxted purchased the lot for £90.00.
There are approximately 15 different Typefaces used to print the poster and was printed by Wiles & Sons of Colchester.
