This lovely vintage display case was made to display Pedigree dolls. We believe it to have come from an old toy shop, and it has a removable Pedigree Dolls sign that slots into the top. The inside of the case has a colourful backing featuring houses, and screwed to the this are four doll stands that would fit dolls approx. 10-12" in height. The inside of the cabinet has a painted green base. The cabinet is glazed on three sides and has a wooden frame with a shaped top and a plinth base. There is a light isnide the top of the cabinet - this has no plug and has not been tested. We would recommend that it be tested and re-wired by a professional electrician prior to use. The case has hanging hooks at the top so that it can be hung from the wall.

Condition: Overall this handsome piece is in good usuable condition with some wear consistent with age and use. There is some scuffing and wear to the woodwork as might be expected and the piece is overall a little faded. Some of the metal fixings have some surface rusting. The Pedigree Doll sign is a little discoloured and has some wear around the edges. As is mentioned above the light in the top of the cabinet has not been tested and has no plug - it would need testing and re-wiring by a professional electrician prior to use.
