A superb Set of Six Antique Irish Silver Dinner or Table Forks made by Peter Walsh, Dublin c1839/40.
The are hallmarked with the maker's mark "PW" for Peter Walsh, the Crowned Harp and Hibernia Dublin Silver Marks, the Monarchs Head duty mark and date letter "T" for 1839/40.
They have an armorial crest on the handle (see photo).
