Good set of 6 mid 19th.c. ash Lancashire ladderback dining chairs c.1860. A true set with ‘nipple top’ finials to the rear staves, five graduated and bow shaped wavey backsplats to the backrest and turned front legs and stretchers. One of the seats being in rush whilst the others are rope. Very good unrestored condition, solid and sturdy, excellent colour.
