A Fine Quality Silver Fob Watch with silver Albert chain London C1878
The watch is working fine and keeping good time
The English made by Famous maker John Bennett of Cheapside London, is slightly larger
then the usuaual fob size 42cms diameter , lovely clear watch face with gold leaf pattern
and beautiful engraving on the back and sides of the watch , case hinges are all fine
With inner dust cover with John Bennett name engraved and on the underside of outer case a beautiful engraved personal message dated for 1878
Watch movement nice and clean working with a good strong tick, Winding up the watch is a little springy, completes a full wind and runs for approx 24 hours
Silver Double Albert chain from a later date with fastener for watch and silver Fob attached
Dated C1902 length of each chain 9" long, attached to Silver T-Bar
Come in a old Watch box still in very good condition and old Brass watch key
