Silver Plated Entree Dish Tureen by Asprey & Co
For your consideration a stylish and very usable silver plated Entree dish in a classic design with a reeded trim decorating the handles, lid and outer tureen.
The underside is marked A & Co. for the top notch silversmith and retailer Asprey of New Bond Street, in London. Circa 1890.
The inscription reads 'P.S.H.L & H.F.L / from / G.W.Ls House / 10.s.40'.
Condition
Free from damage, dents and dints. Minor surface loss to the inside bottom of the dish. Minor surface wear to the silver plate exterior and all commensurate with age and use.
The photos can probably provide the clearest representation of condition so please examine these carefully.
