Handwritten in Latin and English onto Laid Watermarked Paper,a Bond for Leaseable Enjoyment, dated 29th March 1717, between John Head from Southamptonshire, who leased a Messuage, Lands and Enclosures, from Francis Hawkins for one year.
Has the Wax Seal of John Head,plus 3 Embossed Duty Stamps for VI pence each. Due to personal reasons 'Wayside Mews and Collectables' will be unable to fulfil any orders for the immediate future, this will include the period up to St Valentines Day 2023.
