For sale today we have this Rare Pair of Figural Vases by WMF. Of large bottle form the vases feature a delightful pair of nude winged Fairies with roses, playing with swags and winged cherubic boys. The vases themselves have an all over hammered effect with crimped rims. Measures 36 cm tall x 14 cm in diameter. Crisply stamped with a WMF mark ("I/O" and "as") to the upper base rim.

Presented to the market in excellent condition with strong definition to the design. The vases are well patinated but obviously they could be polished if you wished. Personally I think they look amazing as they are. A chance to purchase a substantial pair of impressive Art Nouveau Vases from one of the biggest names of the era.
