A lovely hard case leather suitcase.
Gorgeous patination.
Excellent interior.
The silky gloss finish is quite stunning.
Displaying elegantly or even perfectly useable.
It does of course show signs of use however the quality of the hard leather surface has all but dismissed it previous life.
A real joy to view.
We cannot find any makers details however there are some original embossed numbers.
The locks are in perfect condition however we do not have keys.
The stitching is all sound & intact
The handle is in perfect, strong condition
Impossible to date without the benefit of a makers name being visible but we would estimate it to be late 1800's
Not doubt a very desirable piece of luggage in it's day.
