A late 19th century colonial occasional table with a circular dished brass top supported on a frame of antelope horns with brass fittings.

Comes complete with the 2015 auction catalogue where this table is illustrated and the 2010 purchase receipt.

Felix Dennis was a diverse collector of early oak furniture, fine oil paintings as well as contemporary pieces. He was one of the original editors and designers of Oz Magazine, the underground 1960s publication. He was charged in the longest running conspiracy trial in British legal history, jailed and eventually released in no small part to John Lennon and John Mortimer.
