A good Victorian, English Silver Dessert Fork dating from c1864. The fork is Old English Pattern with a beaded edge.
It is hallmarked with the maker's mark "GA" for Chawner & Co (George William Adams), the Lion Passant sterling silver mark, the Leopard's Head london town mark, the date letter "i" for 1864/65 and the Monarch's Head (Queen Victoria) duty mark.
There is an engraved Crest to the terminal.
