Vintage Asprey Sterling Silver Cigarette Case
This is a very pretty, shiny Asprey Sterling Silver Cigarette Case from the 1920s. It’s too small for today’s cigarettes but it’d be perfect for storing small items in.
It was made by Asprey & Co and was Hallmarked in Chester in 1924.
The exterior of the case is beautifully shiny. It has PTI engraved faintly in the corner.
The lid opens to show a gilded interior with the Hallmarks on both the base and lid. There’s an orange elastic strap to hold contents in place.
It weighs 88.7g.

Condition There are quite a few scratches to the case and a few small dints around the lid where the clasp is. There is a very small gap between the lid and base at one part of the case but the hinge and clasp work well.
